Manufacturers can purchase large quantities of building materials. By buying in large allotments, they can save the Customer lots of $$$. Appliances, bath tubs, insulation, carpet, linoleum, curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, wood etc. are all purchased in large quantities.
