What is really included with delivery and set-up?

We apply for and purchase a moving permit for your home at no additional cost. We also furnish a flag car that is required by New York State Law when transporting most homes.

We transport your home to desired location within 50 miles at no additional cost.

We spot the home onto the site. (If site is not reachable by truck, buyer must supply bull-dozer or tractor.

We furnish all of the blocking and set-up material.

We block, set-up and level your home on existing ground, pad or footers.

We tie your home down with galvanized metal straps and secure it with metal anchor rods.

We connect the water line from the ground to your home.

We install a heat tape and wrap to the exposed water line running from the ground to your home to prevent freezing during the winter season.

We connect your sewer line from the ground to your home.

We will run up to 20 feet of electric wire from the ground connection to the manufactured home electric box.

We will hook up the natural gas - if on site.

We include one set of steps with rail.

We back our homes with a 30 day warranty (excludes appliances).
