May 2022 UPDATE: Due to the Covid-19 crisis, there is a very-long production backlog at Colony Homes. Our builder cannot guarantee to us an exact price on any ordered (new home) placed now, (SPRING 2022), due to the fluctuating costs and demands, (labor, lumber, gas and materials), etc. Also, delivery of any home ordered (SPRING 2022) would not be built and delivered until possibly 2023. We will provide more information, as it becomes available. These are unprecedented times in our industry.

  • BMH is no longer selling New Homes for purchase outside of Picture Book Park & Canandaigua Country Estates. No New Lots are being developed in Picture Book Park or Canandaigua Country Estates at this time. 
  • No Garages available. We are no longer adding garages to new homes.
  • Future, New Model Homes (may not available until late 2022 or 2023) - Custom Sheds, Decks, and Dura-Bilt Awnings, can be added with a signed Purchase Agreement, approved Building Permit and Deposit.
  • We no longer sell new homes for delivery to private property lots/locations or outside communities.

With new regulation, came higher quality standards and more efficient products. Almost 50 Years later, we have witnessed an increase in growth and popularity. The consumer of TODAY continues to demand higher quality products, more affordable choices, a larger selection of product upgrades and energy-star level of efficiency.
